D. Gloria Devereaux has been painting in Watercolor most of her life. Her subject matter is varied. She blends Realism with a touch of Abstraction to create a poetic illusion. Art Critics have stated that “...she plays with the forces of nature in a bold and forceful way..and with the repetition of forms and rhythms to create a sense of movement and mystery in her work.” She also has worked with Marble Sculpture and is a self taught sculptor. Her work has been displayed thru out the United States, Mexico, and England. Ms. Devereaux has been an avid gardener. Ms. Devereaux enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great  grandchildren.
